GRADEL ST Sàrl

Founded in 2021 as a subsidiary of GRADEL SERVICES SA, Gradel ST Sàrl emerged from the Sputtering Targets Department of Gradel Sàrl. Since the early 1990s, Gradel has been deeply involved in the sputtering target industry, initially producing planar targets from materials such as NiCr, Ti, Zn, and ZnAl, and later expanding into rotatable targets. Gradel ST Sàrl offers specialized know-how in vacuum coating, including magnetic field optimization to enhance the sputtering process, and advanced ion beam technology for large-area coating applications. In 2009, the company patented a continuous casting process for the manufacturing of rotatable targets, with the installation of this technology in Luxembourg in 2014.
