MU nv / G-Lehrs is a Belgian company founded in 1993 that originally manufactured annealing lehrs. Since 2008, we have specialized in gas burners used exclusively in annealing and decorating lehrs. Burners : G5 / G7 / G9 - industrial gas burner, consumes about +/- 25% less gas - extremely reliable. Electric heaters for annealing lehrs : the future in heating, capacity until 48 kWh/pc, extremely reliable and trouble-free. References : Ardagh : Germany : Our G5 and G7 burners have replaced original burners in all Pennekamp lehrs across all plants – resulting in savings on consumption and maintenance. Poland : Our G5 and G7 burners have replaced original burners in all Pennekamp lehrs and some locally manufactured lehrs – resulting in savings on consumption and maintenance. Verallia : France : I n all factories, in all Pennekamp lehrs and part of the Antonini lehrs our burners G5 and G7 replaced original burners - gain in consumption and maintenance. Spain and Portugal : In all factories, in all Pennekamp lehrs our burners G5 and G7 replaced original burners - gain in consumption and maintenance. O-i : France : Our G5 and G7 burners have replaced the original burners in all Pennekamp lehrs across half of the plants – resulting in lower gas consumption and reduced maintenance. Work is currently underway; by the end of 2026, our burners will have replaced the original burners in all Pennekamp lehrs across all French factories. The Netherlands, Spain, Poland and Germany : part of the factories are already equipped, work in progress. Worldwide : In all continents we replaced existing burners with our burners and always gained in consumption receiving positive feedback regarding the reliability of our burners. HOW : + We visit the factories, measure the annealing lines, and calculate potential consumption savings—entirely free of charge. + If the calculated payback period for the investment is less than two years, we accept the consumption savings realized over the subsequent 24 months as payment for the burners. + Replacement is carried out by factory personnel under our supervision while production continues—without any downtime. The burners are replaced one by one and will be 100% compatible; we adapt our burners to the specific conditions found during our measurements. Our best reference : after the first installation, our customers continue to equip all their other factories and lines as well.
