STA develops and manufactures systems for separating solids and oils from liquids. Since 1992, we have been using our process engineering expertise to solve contamination problems wherever stricter environmental regulations, increased quality requirements, and cost pressures demand a higher degree of purity in the liquids used. We specialize in systems that achieve the highest filtration fineness without the use of filter aids—relying solely on centrifugal force, gravity, and coalescence—and discharge solids in a compact, single-phase form as well as foreign oil in high concentrations. This extends the service life of machining fluids and tools, reduces disposal costs, and optimizes production results.
