Centrufficio S.p.A. is a company specialized in interior renovations and general contracting, with a strong focus on the design and construction of offices, commercial spaces, and turnkey contract projects. Our services include: Design: mechanical and electrical systems, construction, interior finishes, and interior design, also in BIM; Bills of quantities and site supervision; Supply and installation of interior finishes: flooring, ceilings, drywall, and windows; Interior partitions (glass and acoustic partition walls), furniture – including custom-made pieces –, acoustic wall panels and coverings, seating, and outdoor furniture; In-house team of architects and professionals for the management of complex projects; Building permits and administrative procedures. Our products are certified according to the main standards concerning safety, emissions (VOC and CARB), and sustainability (FSC). In addition, our partition walls meet strict acoustic insulation requirements, reaching reductions of up to 49 dB with our Jaleed glass partition system. We are also highly specialized in workplace well-being, focusing on acoustic comfort, lighting, biophilic design, and ergonomics. Founded in 1986, Centrufficio S.p.A. has a turnover of approximately €56 million (2024), employs 200 people, and operates 23 proprietary showrooms across Italy. We also own a design brand, CUF Milano, with a showroom located in Via Rosales (Corso Como area) in Milan, which handles large-scale projects and contract works.
