Hollmén & Co was founded in 1997 and designs, develops and manufactures customised cooling elements for high power semiconductors. We have developed our services so that we can offer our customers the most comprehensive package. Our in-house developed laser welding technology offers unique benefits for thermal management and has strengthened the co-operation with our clients including DFM. We have specialised machining & laser welding capacity for both single piece orders up to cost efficient volume manufacture.
