Ushio has more than 60 years of experience in the lighting industry and manufactures and distributes, among other products, a broad portfolio of IR emitters for a wide variety of industrial manufacturing processes: pin-base lamps, linear single-, double-, and twin-tube emitters, as well as molded and curved lamps. Customers can choose from a range of coatings and even filaments, enabling customized solutions for specific requirements and process steps. Our IR twin-tube lamps, which can reach lengths of up to 5 meters, are particularly suitable for cutting laminated glass. They offer higher power density and flexible connection and control options with minimal installation effort. Because the temperature-sensitive pinch zone is positioned outside the heating zone, these lamps are particularly well-suited for applications that require the heating of wide webs. Waterproof versions are also available.
