Colorificio Giovanazzi is rooted in the craftsmanship and talent of brothers Renato and Giorgio Giovanazzi. Raised alongside their father Osvaldo, an interior decorator, the two brothers began working with him at a young age, learning the art of color and the skills of the trade. Their curiosity and passion soon sparked a desire to go beyond tradition and create innovative products for the building industry. Their journey began in a small garage in Brentonico, but growing appreciation for the quality and innovation of their solutions quickly led them to a small workshop in Chizzola, in the province of Trento. From there, the company continued to expand until it reached its current headquarters, which also includes a dedicated retail store. Over the years, Colorificio Giovanazzi evolved — moving from lime-based formulations to products made with marble powder bound with hot glue, and later to starch-based mixtures combined with caustic soda and vinyl glue for the first water-based paints. Through continuous research and development, the company eventually created innovative water-based paints formulated with specific resins, combining high quality and sustainability.
