Tecsiglass - Technologies and Systems for the Glass Industry - is an Italian company with headquarters in Genoa, specialized in the design and construction of melting furnaces for the glass industry. Tecsiglass employs managers, professionals and partner companies with over 25 years of experience in the sector, which boasts the construction of around 100 furnaces for the vast majority of companies in the sector. Tecsiglass offers itself as a single point of contact for the customer and acts as a general contractor in the various projects. This role has proven to be useful and appreciated by client companies. In fact, dividing the work for the construction of a furnace among a large number of interlocutors is associated with coordination problems, risks in the realization and unexpected costs. Our design department deals in particular with: Factory layout Refractory Joinery Furnace systems General factory systems Systems for energy saving and environment We realize: Furnace emptying and controlled cooling Demolition Refractory assembly Joinery assembly Plant assembly Preheating Also: We have a team of specialized technicians for hot interventions, both planned and emergency. To meet urgent requests, we have organized a warehouse with a stock of refractory materials already available. We participate in research and development projects, often in collaboration with university structures.
