Voilàp Glass Acquires Majority Stake in Mappi International

Voilàp Glass, the holding company jointly owned by Voilàp S.p.A. and Mamisa (Spezzani Family), has acquired a 51% majority stake in Mappi International, a global leader in glass tempering and laminating equipment. The remaining 49% will remain with Nancy Mammaro, who will continue to lead the company alongside Ermanno Petitti, ensuring business continuity as President and CEO.

The deal reinforces Voilàp Group’s position in the glass processing machinery sector, building on its earlier investment in Keraglass. “This acquisition marks a crucial step in our strategic growth,” said Valter Caiumi, CEO of Voilàp Group. “With Keraglass and Mappi, we are positioned to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions tailored to our customers’ evolving needs.”

Nancy Mammaro expressed confidence in the new partnership: “This collaboration will bring expertise, synergies, and strategic insight, guiding Mappi toward new achievements while staying true to our values and mission.”
