Keraglass Acquires AVG Automazioni to Boost Strategic Technology Integration

Keraglass, a leader in industrial machinery for glass processing and part of the Voilàp Group, has acquired 100% of AVG Automazioni S.r.l., a highly specialized company in industrial electrical panels, automation systems, and software solutions.

Founded in 1978 in Salvaterra (Reggio Emilia), AVG Automazioni brings decades of expertise in electrical systems for industrial applications. Two of its founding partners, Graziano Omar Incerti and Marco Cesana, will continue to manage the company, ensuring operational continuity and supporting its growth within the group.

The acquisition strengthens Keraglass’s ongoing strategy of integrating advanced technologies into its production capabilities. “This transaction marks a fundamental step in our growth and reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions,” said Stefano Spezzani, Founder and Chairman of Keraglass. “I would like to thank the founders of AVG Automazioni for many years of professional collaboration.”
