German window and door systems specialist profine GmbH has announced the acquisition of Bulgarian company Profilink, a key regional provider of aluminium and PVC solutions. The move includes the full transfer of Profilink’s system brands and personnel in marketing, sales, and engineering.

Profilink will now operate under the KÖMMERLING brand, further strengthening profine’s position in the European aluminium segment. The acquisition complements profine’s existing in-house aluminium developments and builds on the October 2024 acquisition of façade expert EFP.
